Abstract
Nerarnexane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the treatment or prevention of tinnitus, wherein said neramexane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered to a patient afflicted with tinnitus caused by stress or acute hearing loss.
