Abstract
A manufacturing method of an optical element applied to a miniature microscope comprises the steps of: emitting a signal light and a reference light to an optical material; and forming a plurality of gratings on the optical material by interfering the signal light and the reference light. A miniature microscope is also disclosed.

A manufacturing method of an optical element applied to a miniature microscope, comprising the steps of:
- emitting a signal light and a reference light to an optical material;
- and
- forming a plurality of gratings on the optical material by interfering the signal light and the reference light.
A miniature microscope, comprising:
- a first optical element through which an object light and a reference light is emitted to form a light field interference distribution;
- an image-capturing element receiving the light field interference distribution to generate an image signal;
- a calculating element receiving the image signal and calculating according to the image signal to produce a display signal;
- and
- a display element receiving the display signal to display an object's image.
