Initiating a call to an emergency call center via a relay service

A device comprising:

• memory comprising executable instructions;
• and
• a processor in communications with the memory, the processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:
• providing a message;
• receiving a first call, wherein:
• the first call is indicative of originating from a recipient of the message;
• and
• receipt, by itself, based on a telephone number of the first calls is indicative of a determination that an emergency condition exists;
• placing the first call on hold;
• initiating a second call;
• and
• establishing a conference call comprising the first call and the second call.

A computer-readable storage medium having executable instructions stored thereon that when executed by a processor perform operations comprising:

• providing a message;
• receiving a first call, wherein:
• the first call is indicative of originating from a recipient of the message;
• and
• receipt, by itself, based on a telephone number of the first call, is indicative of a determination that an emergency condition exists;
• placing the first call on hold;
• initiating a second call;
• and
• establishing a conference call comprising the first call and the second call.
