Abstract
Disclosed is a touch panel. The touch panel includes a light source, a substrate on the light source, and a cover window formed on the substrate. A diffusion ink unit is formed on at least one surface of the substrate and the cover window by coating diffusion ink on the at least one surface of the substrate and the cover window.

A touch panel comprising:
- a light source;
- a substrate on the light source;
- and
- a cover window on the substrate,
- wherein a diffusion ink unit is formed on at least one surface of the substrate and the cover window.
