Method for displaying augmented reality image and electronic device thereof

An electronic device for displaying an augmented reality image, the device comprising:

• at least one processor for executing computer programs;
• a memory for storing data and instructions;
• and
• at least one module stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the at least one processor,
• wherein the at least one module comprises an instruction for comparing a target image with a viewpoint conversion image, the comparison determining matching pairs of a plurality of features of the target image and a plurality of features of the viewpoint conversion image and, if the matching pairs are determined, displaying an augmented reality image of the viewpoint conversion image.
