Abstract
A porous membrane can include a nanoparticle.
Claims16
A method of manufacturing a membrane, comprising:
- forming the membrane from the dissolved polymer in the presence of a functionalizing agent;
- and
- exposing the functionalizing agent to a nanoparticle to form a modified membrane.
The method of claim 1, 34 wherein forming the membrane includes casting the membrane.
A membrane comprising a porous polymer layer including a functionalizing agent and a nanoparticle.
