Abstract
Compounds I and II as well as salts and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are useful for treating diseases and/or disorders of the skin, such as cutaneous lupus, for example acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus, subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus, or discoid lupus erythematosus. In certain embodiments, the compounds are provided in topical compositions.

A pharmaceutical formulation comprising compound I and/or compound II, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form thereof, wherein the formulation is a topical dosage form.
A kit comprising a pharmaceutical formulation comprising compound I and/or compound II, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form thereof, in a topical dosage form for administration of the topical dosage form to the skin.
