Power management method and apparatus for network access module

A power management apparatus for a network access module, comprising:

• a command receiving unit configured to receive through a general purpose input output GPIO pin of a chip, a power management command from a terminal device;
• a switching unit configured to enable a network access module to perform switching between states corresponding to a working state and a low power consumption state according to the power management command;
• and
• a feedback unit, configured to communicate the state after switching back to the terminal device through a GPIO pin.

A network access module comprising a power management apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises:

• a command receiving unit configured to receive, through a general purpose input output GPIO pin of a chip, a power management command from a terminal device;
• a switching unit configured to enable a network access module to perform switching between a state corresponding to a working state and a low power consumption state according to the power management command;
• and
• a feedback unit configured to communicate the state after switching back to the terminal device through a GPIO pin.

A terminal device, integrated with a power management apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises:

• a command receiving unit configured to receive, through a general purpose input output GPIO pin of a chip, a power management command from a terminal device;
• a switching unit configured to enable a network access module to perform switching between a state corresponding to a working state and a low power consumption state according to the power management command;
• and
• a feedback unit configured to communicate the state after switching back to the terminal device through a GPIO pin.

A terminal device, integrated with a network access module, wherein the network access module comprises a power management apparatus which comprises:

• a command receiving unit configured to receive, through a general purpose input output GPIO pin of a chip, a power management command from a terminal device;
• a switching unit configured to enable a network access module to perform switching between a state corresponding to a working state and a low power consumption state according to the power management command;
• and
• a feedback unit, configured to communicate the state after switching back to the terminal device through a GPIO pin.
