Abstract
An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate; an undercoat layer which is provided on the conductive substrate and includes a binder resin and metal oxide particles of which the surfaces are treated with at least two kinds of coupling agents of a first coupling agent having an electron-donating group and a second coupling agent having an electron-accepting group; and a photosensitive layer which is provided on the undercoat layer.

An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising:
- a conductive substrate;
- an undercoat layer which is provided on the conductive substrate and includes a binder resin and metal oxide particles of which the surfaces are treated with at least two kinds of coupling agents of a first coupling agent having an electron-donating group and a second coupling agent having an electron-accepting group;
- and
- a photosensitive layer which is provided on the undercoat layer.
