Non-aqueous electrolyte and lithium secondary battery using the same

A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, comprising an electrolyte salt and an organic solvent, wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte solution further comprises a pyrimidine-based compound of the following formula (I), the organic solvent comprises a non-fluorinated solvent and a fluorinated solvent, and the amount of fluorine (F) present in the organic solvent is in the range of 0.1 to 50 wt %:
