Adjustable suspension apparatus and method of use

A substrate mounting apparatus comprising in combination:

• a laterally extending base member;
• a first support arm slidably mounted to the laterally extending base member, the first support arm laterally slidable relative to the laterally extending base member, the first support arm having a first support first end portion opposite a first support second end portion defining a first support channel;
• and
• a second support arm slidably mounted to the laterally extending base member, the second support arm laterally slidable relative to the laterally extending base member, the second support having a second support first end opposite a second support second end portion defining a second support channel.

An object suspension method comprising:

• mounting a base mounting bracket to a substrate,
• adjusting at least one of a vertical, lateral, or leveling position of an object with respect to the substrate by sliding at least a first support arm along a first sloped channel that extends across at least a portion of a width of the base mounting bracket,
• wherein the first support arm has a first support first end portion opposite a first support second end portion, and
• the first support first end portion slidably penetrates the first sloped channel and the first support second end portion engages at least a portion of the object.

A substrate mounting apparatus comprising in combination:

• a base mounting bracket having a width and a height, with at least a first sloped channel extending across at least a portion of the width of the base mounting bracket;
• and
• at least a first support arm slidably mountable in the first sloped channel,
• whereby sliding the first support arm along the first sloped channel adjusts the height of the first support arm with respect to the height of the base mounting bracket.
