A rooftop device comprising:
- a generally planar platform;
- a first generally planar leg having a pivotal attachment to the platform;
- a second generally planar leg having a pivotal attachment to the platform;
- a connection between the first generally planar leg and platform and the platform whereby the first generally planar leg can be positioned relative to the platform about the pivotal attachment to the platform, and
- a connection between the second generally planar leg and platform whereby the first generally planar leg can be positioned relative to the platform about the pivotal attachment to the platform.
