Abstract
A method of delivering a primary active agent and a secondary active agent to a locus. The method uses a polymersome containing composition. The composition comprises a plurality of polymersome vesicles containing the secondary active agent and a liquid matrix comprising the primary active agent. The polymersome vesicles are capable of being disrupted by the application of mechanical shear.

A method of delivering active agents to a locus comprising:
- delivering a primary active agent and a secondary active agent to a locus using a polymersome containing composition;
- wherein the composition comprises a plurality of polymersome vesicles containing the secondary active agent and a liquid matrix comprising the primary active agent;
- and
- wherein the polymersome vesicles are capable of being disrupted by a disruption mechanism.

- wherein a plurality of polymersome vesicles contains the quenching agent and a liquid matrix comprising the active agent;
