Abstract
The present invention relates to a fully laminated flexible ventilation duct, which is used in the ventilation systems in order to convey the conditioned air into the spaces to be subject to air conditioning, wherein said ventilation duct is self heat-insulating and has a flexible structure.
Claims5
A fully laminated flexible ventilation duct, which is used in the ventilation systems in order to convey the conditioned air into the spaces to be subject to air conditioning, wherein said ventilation duct has a flexible structure, characterized in that it comprises at least one inner coating layer (3) and at least one outer coating layer (4), at least one insulating layer (2) is present between said inner and outer coating layers (3, 4), and there are also present steel wires (1) at certain intervals in the section between the inner and outer coating layers (3, 4).
A method for forming a fully laminated flexible ventilation duct, which is used in the ventilation systems in order to convey the conditioned air into the spaces to be subject to air conditioning, wherein said ventilation duct has a flexible structure, said method being characterized by
- providing at least one inner coating layer (3) and at least one outer coating layer (4),
- directly applying at least one insulating layer (2) between the inner coating layer (3) and the outer coating layer (4) by means of heat and/or an adhesive chemical without employing an isolation step,
- placing steel wires (1) at certain intervals in the section between the inner and outer coating layers (3, 4).
