Method of making a coexistence decision on hybrid topology

An apparatus for allocating a resource in wireless communication system, the apparatus comprising:

• a controller to perform the steps of;
• receiving at least one available resource from a TV database (TVDB) entity, wherein the at least one available resource is received by either a coexistence discovery and information server (CDIS) entity or coexistence manager (CM) entity;
• performing, by the CDIS entity, a neighbor set calculation based on the received at least one available resource, wherein the neighbor of at least one coexistence manager (CM) entity is calculated by the neighbor set calculation;
• calculating, by the CDIS entity, the resource according to the neighbor set calculation;
• receiving at least one channel list set from each of the CM entity;
• determining whether there is any conflict channel list set among the received channel list set;
• after determining step, transmitting a confirmation message to those CM entities having no conflict channel list set or transmitting a channel list set changing request message to those CM entity having conflict channel set.
