Toner and developer

An image forming method, comprising:

• forming an electrostatic latent image, wherein an electrostatic latent image is formed on an electrostatic latent image bearing member;
• developing, wherein the electrostatic latent image is developed with a toner to form a visible image;
• transferring, wherein the visible image is transferred on a recording medium;
• and
• fixing, wherein a transfer image transferred on the recording medium is fixed,
• wherein the toner contains a non-crystalline polyester resin, and a crystalline polyester resin,
• wherein the toner has a glass transition temperature in a first heating Tg1st and a glass transition temperature in a second heating Tg2nd, and a difference between Tg1st and Tg2nd (Tg1st−Tg2nd) is 10° C. or greater, and
• wherein the crystalline polyester resin is a modified crystalline polyester resin having a urethane skeleton or a urea skeleton, or both thereof.
