Claims13
1-17. (canceled)
A nucleic acid encoding a variant thrombin zymogen/protease which modulates hemostasis.
The nucleic acid of claim 1, wherein said variant zymogen is a thrombin variant having the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, wherein each X at the thrombin B chain protease domain start can be any amino acid.
