Abstract
A partial multiple encryption device consistent with certain embodiments has an input adapted to receive a unencrypted video signal. An encryption arrangement produces a partially multiple encrypted video signal from the unencrypted video signal. An output is adapted to provide the partially multiple encrypted video signal. This abstract is not to be considered limiting, since other embodiments may deviate from the features described in this abstract.
Claims20
A partial multiple encryption device, comprising:
- input means for receiving an unencrypted video signal;
- encrypting means for producing a multiple partial encrypted video signal from the unencrypted video signal, where the encrypted video signal contains multiple encrypted copies of the same content encrypted under multiple encryption methods;
- and
- output means for providing the multiple partially encrypted video signal as an output signal.
A partial multiple encryption device, comprising:
- an input adapted to receive an unencrypted video signal;
- encrypting means for producing a partial multiple encrypted video signal from the unencrypted video signal, where the encrypted video signal contains multiple encrypted copies of the same content encrypted under multiple encryption methods;
- and
- an output adapted to provide the partial multiple encrypted video signal as an output signal.
A partial multiple encryption device, comprising:
- an input adapted to receive a unencrypted video signal;
- first encrypting means for encrypting at least a portion of a duplicate copy of the unencrypted video signal;
- second encrypting means for encrypting at least a portion of a duplicate copy of the unencrypted video signal;
- and
- an output adapted to provide a partial multiple encrypted video signal as an output signal, where the encrypted video signal contains multiple encrypted copies of the same content encrypted under multiple encryption methods.
