Abstract
An electronic device includes: a plurality of slots where a plurality of electronic instruments are mountable; and an electronic instrument inserted in any of the plurality of slots; wherein the electronic instrument includes a flow rate limiting member that protrudes to a side of an adjacent slot where no electronic instrument is mounted and limits a flow rate of cooling air flowing through the adjacent slot.

An electronic device comprising:
- a plurality of slots where a plurality of electronic instruments are mountable;
- and
- an electronic instrument inserted in any of the plurality of slots;
- wherein
- the electronic instrument includes a flow rate limiting member that protrudes to a side of an adjacent slot where no electronic instrument is mounted and limits a flow rate of cooling air flowing through the adjacent slot.

An electronic instrument to be mounted on a slot of an electronic device where a plurality of electronic instruments are mountable, the electronic instrument comprising:
- a flow rate limiting member provided at a position facing an adjacent slot, protruding into the slot when no electronic instrument is inserted in the adjacent slot, and configured to interrupt a flow of cooling air in the slot.
