Claims26
An contact lens comprising a silicon-containing polymer substrate having a surface and a polymeric surface modification on the substrate surface, wherein the advancing contact angle of the polymeric surface modification is less than about 30 degrees and the polymer substrate and polymeric surface modification have an oxygen permeability of greater than about 50 barrers.
