Generator motor cooling structure and generator motor

A generator motor cooling structure for cooling a generator motor, which includes a housing storing an input/output shaft to which a rotor is attached and a stator disposed at an outer periphery portion of the rotor, comprising:

• a protrusion portion that protrudes toward the rotor from a surface at a side of the housing of an end side member disposed at one end portion of the housing in a direction of a central rotation axis of the input/output shaft, and is provided on an entire periphery of the central rotation axis of the input/output shaft;
• annular-shaped blades that are provided at both end portions of the rotor in the direction of the central rotation axis;
• a cooling medium holding portion that is provided at an outer periphery portion of each of the blades, is opened to an inner side of the blade in the radial direction, and holds a cooling medium cooling the generator motor;
• and
• a cooling medium outflow hole that is provided at each of the blades and passes the cooling medium held by the cooling medium holding portion to an outer side in the radial direction,
• wherein the protrusion portion is disposed at an inner side in the radial direction than the opening of the cooling medium holding portion, and an end portion of the protrusion portion in the direction of the central rotation axis overlaps with an end portion of the cooling medium holding portion in the direction of the central rotation axis.
