A semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate containing semiconductor nanoparticles with a core/shell structure is formed by controlling with physical energy the aggregation state of an agglomerate from agglomerated semiconductor nanoparticles.

A semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate containing semiconductor nanoparticles having a core/shell structure, wherein
- an agglomeration state of an agglomerate made by agglomerating the semiconductor nanoparticles is controlled by using physical energy, thereby forming the semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate.
A semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate wherein a variation coefficient of particle size thereof is in a range from 0.02 to 0.2.
A production method for a semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate containing semiconductor nanoparticles having a core/shell structure, comprising:
- controlling by using physical energy an agglomeration state of an agglomerate made by agglomerating the semiconductor nanoparticles, thereby forming the semiconductor nanoparticle aggregate.
