Abstract
A reinforcing sheet to be bonded to a metal adherend includes a resin layer and a constraining layer laminated on the resin layer. The resin layer contains a thermosetting resin, a metal which has a higher ionization tendency than that of the metal adherend, and an electrically-conductive carbon.

A reinforcing sheet to be bonded to a metal adherend comprising:
- a resin layer and
- a constraining layer laminated on the resin layer, wherein
- the resin layer contains a thermosetting resin, a metal which has a higher ionization tendency than that of the metal adherend, and an electrically-conductive carbon.
A reinforcing method comprising:
- bonding a reinforcing sheet to a metal adherend to heat a resin layer, wherein
- the reinforcing sheet comprises:
- the resin layer and
- a constraining layer laminated on the resin layer, and
- the resin layer contains a thermosetting resin, a metal which has a higher ionization tendency than that of the metal adherend, and an electrically-conductive carbon.
