Carrier conjugates of il-23-peptides and their induced antibodies

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:

• as active substance, at least one compound comprising, or consisting of, a polypeptide which comprises, or consists of, at least 11 contiguous amino acids selected from:
• a first sequence X1-S-D-I-F-X2-G-E-P-X3-L-X4-P-X5-X6-X7-X8-X9-Q-L (SEQ ID NO:
• 13), wherein:
• X1 represents G, D;
• or A
• X2 represents T or K;
• X3 represents S, P, or A;
• X4 represents L, H, or F;
• X5 represents D or N;
• X6 represents G, S, or D;
• X7 represents P or S;
• X8 represents V or M;
• X9 represents G, D, S, E, or A;
• or
• a second sequence presenting at least 90% identity with the first sequence provided that a peptide consisting of the second sequence is liable to elicit antibodies directed against IL-23;
• wherein the compound does not comprise IL23p19,
• in association with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
