Method for building ad hoc network

A method for building an ad hoc network including a plurality of first wireless terminals for sending or receiving data and a second wireless terminal for relaying or forwarding data sent or received by the first wireless terminals, the method comprising the step of:

• if there are a wireless terminal that measures quality of communication with a communication partner and discards or receives a routing packet depending on a result of the measurement and a wireless terminal that does not discard the routing packet, as the second wireless terminal, building a communication route so that the wireless terminal that discards or receives the routing packet takes precedence so as to relay data.

An ad hoc network building program to be executed by a processor in a wireless terminal, the wireless terminal including a wireless communication interface, a memory, and the processor electrically coupled to the wireless communication interface and the memory and relaying data from a different wireless terminal, the program comprising the steps of:

• determining a stability situation of a wireless link with the different wireless terminal;
• and
• executing a routing protocol using a routing packet when the wireless link is determined to be stable.
