A sports garment (10, 10A) for cycling, the garment comprising a padding in a crotch area (13) and characterized by a sleeve member (20) in the inner side of the crotch area, facing the body of the user when the garment is worn, said sleeve member being arranged for accommodation of the penis of the user during the use.
