• a data sending module configured to send the request to a server;
• a second data receiving module configured to receive a response to the request from the server;
• a data determining module configured to determine an amount of the response to be provided to the client
• a data conversion module configured to compute at least one or more of:
• an available time;
• and
• a required time.
• by considering a plurality of system constraints.

A computer program product, comprising a machine-accessible medium having instructions encoded thereon for enabling a processor to perform the operations of:

• program code adapted for computing a required time by a middleware by considering a plurality of system constraints;
• program code adapted for computing an available time for a data response by the middleware by using at least one or more of:
• the plurality of the system constraints;
• and
• a target time;
• program code adapted for determining an amount of the data response to be provided to a client based on the available time;
• and
• program code adapted for converting the data response based on the amount of data response to be provided to the client.
