An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence of Seq ID No:
- 1 or fragments thereof, said fragments having promoter activity or comprising a sequence having at least 70% identity to said sequence of Seq ID No:
- 1 or said fragments thereof, or comprising a sequence that hybridizes to said sequence of Seq ID No:
- 1 or said fragments thereof under stringent conditions, wherein the sequences have promoter activity.
