A method for alleviating and/or treating epileptic seizures in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises (a) lacosamide and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and (b) levetiracetam and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, optionally together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent and/or adjuvant, and wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in a single dosage form or the pharmaceutical composition is in separate dosage forms which are co-packaged.
