Abstract
A transmitting device includes a counter circuit that counts a counter circuit that counts a value of statistical information of a communication path for certain time periods; a memory; and a control circuit that acquires the value of the statistical information from the counter circuit and causes the memory to store the value of the statistical information when the value of the statistical information acquired by the counter circuit reaches a threshold.

A transmitting device comprising:
- a counter circuit that counts a value of statistical information of a communication path for certain time periods;
- a memory;
- and
- a control circuit that acquires the value of the statistical information from the counter circuit and causes the memory to store the value of the statistical information when the value of the statistical information acquired by the counter circuit reaches a threshold.

- a transmitting device that
- counts a value of statistical information of a communication path with a counter circuit for certain time periods;
- sets a threshold to cause the a memory to store the counted value of the statistical information;
- and
- acquires the value of the statistical information from the counter circuit and causes the memory to store the value of the statistical information when the counted value of the statistical information reaches the threshold.
