Abstract
The present inventions provides crystalline forms of (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl (1S,2R)-(1-{4-[(diethoxyphosphoryl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-hydroxy-4-[4-methoxy-N-(2-methylpropyl)benzenesulfonamido]butan-2-yl)carbamate, methods of preparing the crystalline forms, pharmaceutical compositions containing the crystalline forms, and therapeutic uses thereof.

A crystalline form of (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl (1S,2R)-(1-{4-[(diethoxyphosphoryl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-hydroxy-4-[4-methoxy-N-(2-methylpropyl)benzenesulfonamido]butan-2-yl)carbamate having a X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising characteristic peaks at diffraction angles expressed in degrees 2-theta of about 4.9, 6.4, 9.8, 9.8, 10.4, 10.5, 13.6, 14.7, 15.6, 17.6, 18.3, and 24.7.
A crystalline form of (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl (1S,2R)-(1-{4-[(diethoxyphosphoryl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-hydroxy-4-[4-methoxy-N-(2-methylpropyl)benzenesulfonamido]butan-2-yl)carbamate having substantially the same X-ray powder diffraction pattern shown in FIG. 1.
A co-crystal comprising (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl (1S,2R)-(1-{4-[(diethoxyphosphoryl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-hydroxy-4-[4-methoxy-N-(2-methylpropyl)benzenesulfonamido]butan-2-yl)carbamate and a co-crystal former.
