Abstract
There is prepared a polyester sheet having a surface layer in which 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of an ester compound, which is synthesized by using a polyvalent organic acid having three or more carboxyl groups and an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having eight or more carbon atoms, and 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of inert inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 15 μm, are blended into a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer. Accordingly, the polyester sheet has a rational balance between sliding properties and transparency.
Claims8
A polyester sheet characterized in that 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of an ester compound, which is synthesized by using a polyvalent organic acid having three or more carboxyl groups and an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having eight or more carbon atoms, and 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of inert inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 15 μm are blended into a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer.
A polyester sheet characterized in that a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer is used as a substrate layer of the sheet, and
- that a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer composition is used as at least one surface layer of the sheet, wherein the polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer composition is prepared by blending 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of an ester compound, which is synthesized by using a polyvalent organic acid having three or more carboxyl groups and an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having eight or more carbon atoms, and 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of inert inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 15 μm, into a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer.
A polyester resin masterbatch obtained by:
- blending 0.05 to 10.0% by weight of an ester compound, which is synthesized by using a polyvalent organic acid having three or more carboxyl groups and an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having eight or more carbon atoms, and 0.0 to 10.0% by weight of inert inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 15 μm, into a polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer;
- and re-pelletizing the blended product.
