Methods and interfaces for displaying performance data related to a current remote access session

A graphical user interface that displays performance data related to a communication session between a first computing device and a second computing device, the graphical user interface comprising:

• a first graphical clement having a plurality of sections that represent a respective physical portion of a connection between the first computing device and the second computing device, each of the sections displaying the performance data for a current session for that respective physical section;
• and
• a second graphical element displaying a rating of a performance of the current communication session relative to a predetermined number of communication sessions.

A method of displaying performance data related to a current remote access session between a viewer computing device and a host computing device, the method comprising:

• (a) generating a first graphical element having a plurality of sections that represent a respective physical portion of the current remote access session;
• and
• (b) retrieving for display a second graphical element displaying performance data for a predetermined number of previous remote access sessions.
