Abstract
The present disclosure concerns the field of malignant tumors of the central nervous system and provides pharmaceutical compositions suitable for the therapeutic and for the prophylactic treatment of brain tumors and for inhibiting the growth of the tumor mass.

A method to treat a brain tumor in an individual, the method comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of an inhibitor of expression and/or activity of an Ephrin receptor.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one inhibitor of expression and/or activity of an Ephrin receptor and a pharmaceutically acceptable bioactive agent.
