Tomography apparatus and tomogram correction processing method

A tomography apparatus comprising:

• a tomogram acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of tomograms;
• an analysis unit configured to analyze each of the plurality of tomograms;
• and
• a tomogram position correction unit configured to perform position correction for the plurality of tomograms based on the analyzed tomograms,
• said tomogram acquisition unit including:
• a unit configured to generate a plurality of measurement light beams and capturing tomograms by using the respective measurement light beams,
• a scanning unit configured to simultaneously scan at least one of the plurality of measurement light beams and other measurement light beams at different measurement positions on a measurement target;
• and
• a control unit configured to control said scanning means, wherein said control unit controls said scanning unit such that a measurement position which has already been scanned by said other measurement light beams becomes a measurement position of said at least one measurement light beam.

A tomography apparatus comprising:

• a tomogram acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of tomograms by using a plurality of measurement light beams including at least one measurement light beam which differs in irradiation condition from other measurement light beams;
• a tomogram selection unit configured to select a standard tomogram for position correction from the plurality of tomograms;
• and
• a tomogram position correction unit configured to perform position correction for the plurality of tomograms by using the selected standard tomogram,
• wherein the plurality of measurement light beams are integrally scanned when the tomogram is captured, and at least one of the plurality of measurement light beams is used as a signal for position correction.

A tomography method comprising:

• a tomogram acquisition step of causing a tomogram acquisition unit to acquire a plurality of tomograms;
• an analysis step of causing an analysis unit to analyze each of the plurality of tomograms;
• a tomogram selection step of causing a tomogram selection unit to select a standard tomogram based on the analysis result;
• and
• a tomogram position correction step of causing a tomogram position correction unit to perform position correction for the plurality of tomograms by using the selected standard tomogram,
• wherein the tomogram acquisition unit generates a plurality of measurement light beams and captures tomograms by using the respective measurement light beams, and
• wherein the plurality of measurement light beams are integrally scanned when the tomogram is captured, and at least one of the plurality of measurement light beams is used as a signal for position correction.

A tomography method comprising:

• a tomogram acquisition step of causing a tomogram acquisition unit to acquire a plurality of tomograms;
• an analysis step of causing an analysis unit to analyze each of the plurality of tomograms;
• and
• a tomogram position correction step of causing a tomogram position correction unit to perform position correction for the plurality of tomograms based on the analyzed tomograms,
• the tomogram acquisition step including:
• an imaging step of causing an imaging unit to generate a plurality of measurement light beams and capture tomograms by using the respective measurement light beams,
• a scanning step of causing a scanning unit to simultaneously scan at least one of the plurality of measurement light beams and other measurement light beams at different measurement positions on a measurement target;
• and
• a control step of causing a control unit to control the scanning step, wherein in the control step, the scanning step is controlled such that a measurement position which has already been scanned by said other measurement light beams becomes a measurement position of said at least one measurement light beam.

A tomography method comprising:

• a tomogram acquisition step of causing a tomogram acquisition unit to acquire a plurality of tomograms by using a plurality of measurement light beams including at least one measurement light beam which differs in irradiation condition from other measurement light beams;
• a tomogram selection step of causing a tomogram selection unit to select a standard tomogram for position correction from the plurality of tomograms;
• and
• a tomogram position correction step of causing a tomogram position correction unit to perform position correction for the plurality of tomograms by using the selected standard tomogram,
• wherein the plurality of measurement light beams are integrally scanned when the tomogram is captured, and at least one of the plurality of measurement light beams is used as a signal for position correction.
