Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method and device for providing system status information. The method comprises: receiving, from an input mechanism associated with a communication device, a request to share system status information; and in response to receiving the request to share the system status information: (i) obtaining system status information associated with the communication device; and (ii) automatically populating one or more portions of an electronic message based on the system status information. The system status information comprises processor usage information.

A method comprising:
- receiving, from an input mechanism associated with a communication device, a request to share system status information;
- and
- in response to receiving the request to share the system status information:
- obtaining system status information associated with the communication device;
- and
- automatically populating one or more portions of an electronic message based on the system status information,
- wherein the system status information comprises processor usage information.
A communication device comprising:
- at least one processor;
- at least one memory storing computer executable instructions, the computer executable instructions being configured to cause the at least one processor to:
- receive, from an input mechanism associated with a communication device, a request to share system status information;
- and
- in response to receiving the request to share the system status information:
- obtain system status information associated with the communication device;
- and
- automatically populate one or more portions of an electronic message based on the system status information,
- wherein the system status information comprises processor usage information.
