- a compressible and expandable stent structure comprising a generally tubular body portion having an interior area, an external surface, a longitudinal axis, an inflow end, and an outflow end;
- a tubular tissue material at least partially covering the external surface of the stent structure and extending beyond the outflow end of the stent structure;

- a plurality of leaflets attached to the interior area of the stent
