Powder allotting device

A powder allotting device, comprising:

• a supporting device including a baseplate and a axis, wherein one end of said axis is contacted with said baseplate;
• a coupling device allocated upon said supporting device and contacted with the other end of said axis, said coupling device including a curved track, a plurality of steel balls, and a funnel, wherein said funnel is allocated on one end of said curved track, export of said funnel vertically downward, and said plurality of steel balls is disposed on said curved track;
• and
• a separating device allocated upon said coupling device and contacted with said plurality of steel balls, wherein said separating device is a pivoted device, and further comprising:
• a rotary plate including a curved groove on upper surface of said rotary plate;
• a plurality of valves formed a base under said curved groove, wherein said plurality of valves is parallel with each other and contacts with under said plurality of steel balls, wherein said plurality of valves is a movable valve;
• a scraper disposed upon said curved groove, wherein said scraper is vertical to said plurality of valves, and said scraper can slide back and forth along said curved groove;
• a cylinder with T-shape grooves allocated upon said rotary plate, wherein said cylinder with T-shape grooves includes a plurality of T-shape grooves on lateral side of said cylinder with T-shape grooves;
• and
• a plurality of slices disposed into said T-shape grooves, wherein said plurality of slices can move up and down along said T-shape grooves, said plurality of slices vertical to and contacted with said plurality of valves as said plurality of slices moving down.
