Claims48
A recombinant polyclonal anti-RhesusD antibody product for use in the treatment or prophylaxis of thrombocytopenia, wherein said antibody product is prepared for administration in a dose of 10-500 microgram specific antibody/kg patient body mass, said recombinant polyclonal anti-RhesusD antibody product comprising a defined subset of individual antibodies, exhibiting binding to at least one epitope on the Rhesus D antigen.
A method of treatment of thrombocytopenia in a subject, said method comprising administering to said subject suffering from thrombocytopenia a therapeutically effective amount of a recombinant anti-RhesusD antibody product, wherein said antibody is administered in a dose of 10-500 microgram specific antibody/kg patient body mass.
A method of avoiding extravascular haemolysis during anti-RhesusD based treatment in a subject suffering from thrombocytopenia, said method comprising administering to a subject suffering from thrombocytopenia a therapeutically effective amount of a recombinant anti-RhesusD antibody, wherein said antibody is administered in a dose of 10-500 microgram specific antibody/kg patient body mass.
