Abstract
An organic light emitting diode display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, a first electrode positioned on the substrate, an organic light emitting layer positioned on the first electrode, and a second electrode positioned on the organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer includes an inorganic oxide layer between a light emitting layer and a common layer.

An organic light emitting diode display comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode positioned on the substrate;
- an organic light emitting layer positioned on the first electrode, the organic light emitting layer including an inorganic oxide layer between a light emitting layer and a common layer;
- and
- a second electrode positioned on the organic light emitting layer.

A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display comprising:
- forming a first electrode on a substrate;
- forming an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode;
- and
- forming a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer,
- wherein the forming of the organic light emitting layer includes forming an inorganic oxide layer between a light emitting layer and a common layer.
