Abstract
The invention relates to antibodies against human CD39 and use thereof for inhibiting T regulatory cells (Treg) activity. More particularly CD39 antibodies may be used for the treatment or prevention of cancers and infectious diseases.
Claims24
A method for treating or preventing a disease associated with an increased T regulatory cell (Treg) activity comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a CD39 antibody.
A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of diseases associated with an increased T regulatory cell (Treg) activity comprising an antibody claim 7 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A hybridoma deposited under at Collection National de Cultures de Microorganismes under CNCM deposit number I-3889.
An antibody that comprises:
- a heavy chain wherein the variable domain comprises at least one CDR having a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:2 for CDR-H1, SEQ ID NO:3 for CDR-H2 and SEQ ID NO:4 for CDR-H3;
- and/or
