Abstract
A fuel cell system has different allowable changes per unit time in an operation range of a fuel cell, in both a first output range of the fuel cell and a second output range of the fuel cell, the second output range being lower than the first output range. The allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the second output range is smaller than the allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the first output range.
Claims6
A method of controlling output of a fuel cell system including a fuel cell and a load, comprising the steps of:
- setting different allowable changes per unit time in an operation range of the fuel cell in both a first output range of the fuel cell and a second output range of the fuel cell, the second output range being lower than the first output range;
- and
- setting the allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the second output range so as to be smaller than the allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the first output range.
A vehicle incorporating a fuel cell system including a fuel cell and a load, wherein the fuel cell system comprises a control apparatus for setting different allowable changes per unit time in an operation range of the fuel cell in both a first output range of the fuel cell and a second output range of the fuel cell, the second output range being lower than the first output range, and for setting the allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the second output range so as to be smaller than the allowable change per unit time in the output of the fuel cell in the first output range.
