Claims7
1-19. (canceled)
A method for classifying a cancer patient as a responder or non-responder to a cancer immunotherapy comprising the steps of:
- (a) obtaining a patient-derived sample and measuring the expression levels of a profile of gene products comprising the gene products of the genes recognised by the probe sets listed in Table 1 (SEQ ID NOS:
- 1-18);
- and
- (b) classifying the patient as a responder or non-responder to a cancer immunotherapy based on the expression levels.

A method of treating a patient comprising the steps of:
- (a) obtaining a classification of the patient as a responder or non-responder to a cancer immunotherapy based on the expression levels of a profile of gene products comprising the gene products of the genes recognised by the probe sets listed in Table 1 (SEQ ID NOS:
- 1-18);
- and
- (b) selecting the patient for at least one administration of an appropriate immunotherapeutic if the patient is characterized as a responder to the immunotherapeutic.
