Backlight Device and Display Device

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor configured to monitor light for controlling output of the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor which differs from the first sensor in type.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor operationally connected to the backlight device;
• and
• a second sensor which differs from the first sensor in type.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor over the board;
• and
• a second sensor which differs from the first sensor in type.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor over the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor which differs from the first sensor in type.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor configured to monitor light for controlling output of the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor operationally connected to the backlight device;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor over the board;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor over the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board, which comprises a plurality of openings;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor configured to monitor light for controlling output of the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board, which comprises a plurality of openings;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor configured to monitor light for controlling output of the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other, and
• wherein the plurality of openings are provided so as to correspond to a position of the plurality of the plurality of light emitting parts.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a board;
• a reflective sheet over the board, which comprises a plurality of openings;
• a plurality of light emitting parts over the board each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• and
• a dome-shaped resin over the fluorescent material;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet and the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a first sensor configured to monitor light for controlling output of the plurality of light emitting parts;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other,
• wherein the plurality of openings are provided so as to correspond to a position of the plurality of the plurality of light emitting parts, and
• wherein the reflective sheet is over the board and under a top of the dome-shaped resin.

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a liquid crystal display panel;
• and
• a backlight device adjacent to the liquid crystal display panel comprising:
• a chassis;
• a reflective sheet over the chassis;
• a diffusing plate over the reflective sheet;
• a prism sheet over the diffusing plate;
• a plurality of light emitting parts arranged regularly over the chassis each comprising:
• a plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a fluorescent material over the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a dome-shaped resin cover which covers the fluorescent material and the plurality of light emitting diodes;
• a first sensor operationally connected to the backlight device;
• and
• a second sensor operationally connected to the backlight device,
• wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are different in type from each other.
