Operation input device, operation input method, and program

An operation input method comprising the steps of:

• detecting light corresponding to a plurality of operation inputs to a display screen displaying an image from an outside;
• generating information of a target indicating a series of inputs on the basis of a temporal or spatial positional relation of input portions having been subjected to the input from the outside;
• holding a lost target when the generated target is temporarily lost;
• deleting an unstable target when the unstable target is generated;
• and
• selecting one of the process of holding the target and the process of deleting the unstable target.

A program causing a computer to execute the steps of:

• detecting light corresponding to a plurality of operation inputs to a display screen displaying an image from an outside;
• generating information of a target indicating a series of inputs on the basis of a temporal or spatial positional relation of input portions having been subjected to the input from the outside;
• holding a lost target when the generated target is temporarily lost;
• deleting an unstable target when the unstable target is generated;
• and
• selecting one of the process of holding the target and the process of deleting the unstable target.

An operation input device comprising:

• an input and output unit configured to detect light corresponding to a plurality of operation inputs to a display screen displaying an image from an outside;
• a target generating unit configured to generate information of a target indicating a series of inputs on the basis of a temporal or spatial positional relation of input portions having been subjected to the input from the outside;
• a lost data holding unit configured to hold a lost target when the target generated by the target generating unit is temporarily lost;
• an unreliable data deleting unit configured to delete an unstable target when the unstable target is generated by the target generating unit;
• and
• a process selecting unit configured to select one of a process performed by the lost data holding unit and a process performed by the unreliable data deleting unit.
