A fluorine-containing compound represented by general formula (a-i) shown below:
- wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a halogenated lower alkyl group;
- X represents a divalent organic group represented by general formula (x-1) shown below;
- and R1 represents an organic group having a fluorine atom,
- wherein each of R21 and R22 independently represents an alkyl group which may be mutually bonded to form a ring;
- and X1 represents an alkylene group or a divalent aliphatic cyclic group.
