The present invention relates to a dispersion comprising inorganic particles, water and at least one water-soluble polymer, wherein the water-soluble polymer comprises repeating units derived from monomers having at least one quaternary ammonium group, repeating units derived from monomers having at least one carboxy group and repeating units derived from ester monomers which contain polyalkoxyalkylene groups and have a number average molecular weight in the range from 3000 g/mol to 10 000 g/mol. The present dispersion can, in particular, be used for producing concrete and can be processed over a very long period of time.
