Abstract
Disclosed is a method for the treatment of Multiple System Atrophy comprising administering to a subject an amount of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A method of treating a subject suffering from Multiple System Atrophy, comprising administering to the subject an amount of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan or a pharmaceutically acceptably salt thereof effective to treat the subject.
A method of alleviating a symptom of Multiple System Atrophy in a subject afflicted with Multiple System Atrophy, comprising administering to the subject an amount of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof effective to alleviate the symptom of Multiple System Atrophy in the subject.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising in unit dosage form R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one of dopamine agonists, glutamine antagonists, orthostatic hypotension therapeutics, anticholinergics, or drugs to treat male impotence.
