Abstract
Methods of using compounds that are HAT inhibitors are described herein.
Claims4
A method of selecting or treating a patient for a condition selected from the group consisting of cancer, diabetes, and obesity, the method comprising:
- selecting a patient on the basis of that patient being in need of the inhibition of a HAT for the treatment of the condition;
- and
- selecting, and preferably administering to the subject, a compound of described herein.
A method of evaluating a compound described herein the method comprising:
- providing a compound described herein;
- providing a value related to the ability of the compound to inhibit a HAT;
- and
- optionally, comparing the value with a reference value,
- thereby evaluating the compound.
