Abstract
There are provided nutritional compositions comprising a source of tryptophan and which nutritional compositions further comprise one or more components selected from the group consisting of: a caseinate; magnesium lactate; magnesium gluconate; zinc lactate; and zinc gluconate. Also provided are beverages, food products and methods of consumption.

A nutritional composition, comprising:
- a source of tryptophan, wherein the source of the tryptophan is one or more of a protein and the free amino acid or salt thereof;
- and
- one or more components selected from the group consisting of:
- a caseinate;
- magnesium lactate;
- magnesium gluconate;
- zinc lactate;
- and zinc gluconate.

A beverage comprising water, a source of tryptophan, wherein the beverage comprises a protein providing a source of tryptophan and/or wherein the tryptophan is provided as the free amino acid or salt thereof, and which beverage further comprises one or more components selected from the group consisting of:
